More than 200 student volunteers participated in the distribution of this year's Anti-Drug Abuse Campaign commemorative card holders on 26 and 27 June.
Organised by National Council Against Drug Abuse (NCADA) and CNB to enlist public support in the fight against drug abuse, these volunteers to distribute the card holders to the public. stationed themselves at key locations at MRT stations and shopping malls along Orchard Road.

This event was one of a series of activities organised as part of the Anti-Drug Abuse Campaign 2009.
Another activity is the "Anti-Drug Banner Design" competition, whereby students are required to design and display banners containing anti-drug messages in their schools. Besides attractiveness and clarity of the anti-drug message, schools would also be judged on the visibility of their anti-drug banners within the school compound. The competition will not only help spread the anti-drug message among the school population but promote teamwork and interaction between the teachers and students.
