In conjunction with the Anti-Drug Abuse Campaign 2008, a Teachers' Seminar themed 'Tackling Inhalant Abuse Among Our Youths' was held on 16 July 2008 at HDB Hub Convention Centre to heighten the awareness of inhalant abuse issues and discuss approaches to tackle the current inhalant abuse situation among the youths with teachers, school counsellors and social workers.
The seminar was attended by 175 participants from 90 schools and organisations, and engaging these key stakeholders have served as an effective platform for information sharing and discussion on the issue of drug abuse among youths in Singapore.
