1.1 - How do I get better at the games to get a better score? How can I get an A? I keep getting only B's and C's.
Practice! You get an "A" rank when you score 1000 points or more in a game, or 2000 for the final game. You can also try playing the game on a faster computer for a smoother gaming experience.

1.2 - The game is TOO HARD! I can't seem to pass some stages.
It could be that the speed of your computer is hindering your gameplay. Try playing the game on a faster computer if you have access to one. If you don’t, you can try the suggestions listed in the answer under "The game runs too slow!" below.

1.3 - Can I save the game?
This is a relatively short game and there is no save function.

1.4 - Can I go straight to the last stage /Are there any cheats for this game?
You must complete all the stages to get to the final stage of the game.

2.1 - Why am I seeing borders around my screen?
You probably resized the screen. Press CTRL-F to maximize it again.

2.2 - What is the difference between Low quality and High quality?
Low quality improves the performance of the game at the expense of better visuals.

2.3 - How do I submit my score to win a prize?
You can save an image of your overall score by using the ‘Print Screen’ function as a proof and email it to us at cnb_preventive_education_unit@cnb.gov.sg with your name, NRIC, contact number, email and address. Do note that you need to complete the entire game to get your overall score

2.4 - My score can't be published!
We have changed the mechanics of the game. Instead of publishing your score online, you only need to email your score to us and stand to win a prize. Please refer to 2.3 for submission of your score.

2.5 - The game runs too slow!
You can select the 'Low Quality' option in the menu. The speed of the game is largely dependent on your hardware, and if your hardware does not meet the recommended requirements, you may suffer some gameplay deterioration. You can reduce the resolution of your monitor to something lower (eg, 640x480, or 600x800). You can also click on the MENU button during the game to toggle the graphics to LOW QUALITY, which is less stressful on a computer’s processing power.

3.1 - Is there a last day to submit my score for a prize?
No, there isn’t. However, CNB reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

3.2 - What can I win in the contest? / How many prizes are there?
You may stand a chance to win attractive prizes that carry anti-drug slogans (limited edition!). CNB reserves the right to change the prizes without prior notice.

3.3 - My identification number does not follow the required format, how can I access the game? Can I still submit my score for a prize?
Yes, you may still enter the game. Just use this format (S1234567X) on the form entry to enter the game. Please refer to 2.3 for submission of your score.

3.4 - How do I win a prize?
Do your best to complete the entire game and stand to win an attractive prize! Make sure you provide complete and accurate information to us at the beginning of the game, as we will be using them to contact you if you win a prize.

3.5 - I provided in the wrong address or would like to change the information I submitted through the game, how do I do so?
Simply email us at cnb_preventive_education_unit@cnb.gov.sg with all your details and your change request and we will process it.

3.6 - My game doesn't work / I've lost my copy. Can I get another one?
Simply email us at cnb_preventive_education_unit@cnb.gov.sg with all your details and we will look into your problem/request.

3.7 - How many times can I submit my score?
You can only submit your score ONCE. Please ensure that you submit all accurate details with your score. Do note that you must complete the entire game to get your overall score before you are able to submit it to us.
