CNB Explains: Where do youth drug abusers go when caught?

Youth caught for drug consumption may be placed on a Drug Supervision Scheme, including Youth Enhanced Supervision (YES), Community Rehabilitation Centre (CRC), or Drug Rehabilitation Centre (DRC), depending on their assessed risk.
