Be Careful, Max! A story about Stranger Danger

An interactive storybook to help parents and educators teach young children about stranger danger and get to know the anti-drug ribbon through fun characters and activities.

This interactive book is conceptualised, designed and produced by three Nanyang Polytechnic graduates.

Upon consultation with MOE’s Preschool Education Branch, it is produced as a Big Book for teachers to read out to children during storytelling sessions, and features animal characters and pop-up elements like interactive flaps. The book seeks to teach them the importance of refusing offers from strangers, while weaving in CNB’s anti-drug ribbon and original character Captain Drug Buster into the artwork.

The Big Books are available at some preschools and can also be downloaded.
